We don’t deposit, play or time withdrawals, so we don’t publish payout speeds or support response times as our own figures. What we do publish is what anyone can check: the licence on the regulator’s register, the company behind the site, the domains it uses and the bonus terms on the day they were recorded.

Not in Peninsular Malaysia: the Court of Appeal ruled on 18 October 2023 that online gambling is an offence under the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953. An offshore licence doesn’t change that, and players have been fined, as the New Straits Times reported on 1 July 2026.
